With a Free plan, Zestlog users are welcome to use their downloaded fitness plans and enjoy all free features.
A subscription, or a payment card, is NOT required to access Free plan. Free features offered in Free plan are completely free of charge.
However, in addition to free features, Zestlog app also offers a range of paid features. To access paid features, users are required to subscribe to our Premium plan.
To access our paid feature, users are required to subscribe to our Premium plan.
The payment process and the check out is safe and processed via Stripe.
If you have subscribed to our premium plan, on Subscription page you can easily stop your subscription by turning Auto Renew off, and we will stop charging your card.
In addition, you can also remove your card from your account on the subscription page.
When you turn off the Auto Renew on your account, you will receive an automatic email that verifies your Auto renew is turned off.
If you turn off the Auto renew and you did not receive any verification email, please contact us at support@zestlog.com and we will sort it out within two business days.
To stop your subscription, you are required to turn Auto Renew off.
If your card is charged after you turned Auto Renew Off, we will provide you with a full refund.
To claim a refund, please contact us at support@zestlog.com with the info about the date you turn Auto Renew off and we will review and resolve within two business days.
